FAQs

How can I edit my account?
You can edit your account in settings, then by clicking the user icon.

How can I create a customized tour?
You can create your own personalised tour by clicking the “Tours” icon in the main menu. There you will be able to name your tours and add both galleries and other recommended art centres. You then have to go to “itineraries” (in the main menu) and your tour will appear below Arte Madrid’s recommended itineraries. You can always create new tours or edit and delete existing ones by going back to the “Tours” section.

What are the notifications for?

We will remind you about openings or closing exhibitions, as well as about any other events that you can check on the “Calendar” section in the main menu
