Guided visit to the Edwin Monsalve exhibition “Topophilia”. A project around the research on contemporary iconography of nature in which this artist has been working since the beginning of his career. Hand in hand with the mediator and researcher Ana Folguera, we will reflect on the concept of landscape, searching in our memory for those places that belong to our biography. We will explore the notion of topophilia proposed by Edwin Monsalve in order to reflect about another landscape: the one that runs invisible in our memories.

Tadanori Yamaguchi will pose to the public an intimate approach to his working method explaining the qualities of "hatsuru": the dialogue with matter, which is key to understand his creative process.

On October 8, the exhibition "SME (Sounds of Meta-stable Equilibriums)", focused on Sound Art, will open in Virtual Freijo.
As a preamble, we will hold on September 25, between 5 and 7 p.m. CEST, an online event focused on the subject of "Collecting Sound Art", with artists and theorists, also open to participation by chat.
Miguel Álvarez-Fernández, Fernando Castro Flórez, Concha Jerez and Xabier Erkizia will take part in the event, which will be presented and moderated by José Iges, curator of "SME".
