  2. Purposes, legitimacy and conservation of the processing of data sent through:
  • SENDING E-MAILS.
    Purpose: To answer your requests for information, deal with your requests and answer your queries or doubts. In the event of receiving your Curriculum Vitae, your personal and curricular data may form part of our databases in order to participate in our present and future selection processes.
    Legitimation: The user’s consent when requesting information from us via email address or sending us your data and CV to participate in our selection processes.
    Retention: Until your request has been answered by e-mail, if it has not generated a new treatment. In the case of receiving your CV, your data may be kept for a maximum of one year for future selection processes.

    Legitimation: The user’s consent when subscribing to our commercial mailings and/or newsletters.
    Retention: Until the interested party revokes consent and requests to unsubscribe from our commercial mailings to the contact details of the data controller.

To do so, you must enter your “Profile” and activate or deactivate the option to receive commercial mailings and/or notifications of the activities organised in the galleries.

ARTE MADRID offers the opportunity through its application to search for galleries and consult the activities and programmes in their agendas. It also offers users the possibility of activating their geolocation to be able to view the galleries closest to their location.
